Ridiculous service. Ridiculous service. Every other day (this is real) there are issues with the platform desk. I have lost over 50,000$ in my starting trading career because of these so-called "issues" on sure trader (orders went through for buy, then being unable to sell, a nightmare while you go into the red and are unable to do anything!!!). Suretrader offers no PDT rules and 6:1 intra-day margin ... As of now the only way Suretrader gets back to me is through email which is a slow process 1-2 days.
